Weather forecasters have thrown words around like "Snowmageddon" to describe the snow storm that was coming our way. And here it is! There is even talk of thundersnow, which I had never heard of. Apparently, thundersnow is when it thunders as its snowing, and it generally means that a very heavy snow burst is nearby. Right now, I can barely see the house next door! An hour ago there wasn't a snowflake in the sky, and now all I see out the window is white. It's beautiful to look at from inside the house, but I'm glad that I don't have to drive anywhere this afternoon. After the snow dies down a little, I may have to go find myself a good hill and go sledding!
