Last night, the husband and I traveled to a tiny town in southern Minnesota. The reason, was to attend a Garth Brooks tribute show. One of Chris's clients has a band that's been practicing for over a year, so they could put on this tribute show. The name of the band is World According to Garth. The venue was a theater that was built in 1921, and I'm pretty sure it hasn't been renovated since the 1940's. The band was just okay, but seeing as this was their first performance, I won't judge too harshly. If we ever go and catch another one of their performances, I do hope they decide to forgo the smoke machines. I was tasting that smoke all night!
